About
Teaching philosophy
I teach yoga with a focus on correct body postures (asanas) and the integration of breath. My classes are designed to increase muscle strength and stability, improve flexibility, mobility, and balance, and enhance lung capacity. I aim to energize and balance the body and mind, creating a holistic experience for all my students.
Meet your teacher
When I started practicing yoga in 2004 as a teenager, I had no idea how profoundly it would impact my life. Today, as a yoga teacher, I bring compassion and understanding to each class, allowing me to connect with my students on a deeper level.
With over 1,500 hours of training, I specialize in Alignment Yoga. I am committed to continuous growth and regularly participate in workshops and training sessions to deepen my knowledge and enhance my teaching skills.
In my teaching, I prioritize safety and well-being by incorporating props—like yoga belts and the yoga wall—into challenging poses. This approach not only helps prevent injuries but also fosters a healthy, balanced practice. Guided by patience, love, and kindness, I strive to empower my students as they explore their yoga journey.
