Each class centers on a different theme, whether it’s standing poses, forward bends, backbends, restorative poses, or twists. With a strong focus on alignment and breath connection, you’ll learn to tune in to your body and quiet your mind. Expect a gentle yet invigorating practice that helps you start the day feeling centered and energized.
